The Allied Health department are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team. The physiotherapy department at QEII Jubilee Hospital includes approximately 35 FTE physiotherapists and 5 FTE physiotherapy assistants. It is part of a multi-professional service providing care to inpatients and outpatients. - Delivering high quality evidenced based women's, Men's & Pelvic Health physiotherapy clinical services to patients/consumers within a highly functioning interprofessional team.
- Contribution to the advancement of quality women's, Men's & Pelvic Health physiotherapy services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.
- Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.
- Providing supervision and training to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA's).
