- A Licensed Plumbing Contractor in water supply plumbing work, sanitary plumbing work and drainage plumbing work.
- Certificate IV in Statutory Investigations and Enforcement or an ability to demonstrate knowledge of compliance enforcement policies, strategies and practices.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including the ability to produce quality reports using the Microsoft suite of applications.
- Demonstrated experience in carrying out and supervising all types of plumbing work and knowledge of plumbing inspection activities.
