Responsibilities
- Lead, guide and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing atmosphere
- Effectively prioritise tasks across multiple projects to ensure timely completion
- Evaluate project needs, anticipate obstacles, and devise creative problem-solving strategies
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of plumbing regulations, industry standards, and best practices
- Manage costs and budgets throughout project delivery
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and builders
- Utilise project management software to ensure project milestones are met
The skills required to do the job
- A proven track record of delivering projects across Australia
- Plumbing background either from the tools or having studied at university
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Commercial approach to projects to be able to understand how to make money but in a way that leaves everyone happy
- Strong relationship building skills - ultimately this company are about partnerships and understand the value in repeat work
