What you'll do
- Develop pricing recommendations and proposals designed to closely align pricing strategy to line of business budgets and accuarately implement timely price changes within the business/function
- Execute commercial data capability by contributing to existing Commercial pricing infrastructure as well as supporting the build of modelling ready datasets
- Lead pricing and Senior Pricing analysts to model products and covers and deliver higher level premium adequacy reviews
- Lead pricing initiatives to explore, develop both internal and external data/modelling capabilities
- Provide Pricing support to broader strategic and/or regulatory projects and transformation
- Collaborate with Commercial & Consumer Pricing Managers and Portfolio Managers to deliver business objectives
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Actuarial, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics and Computer Science etc
- Experience in using SAS and R are essential
- Knowledge of Commercial Insurance Products and insurance P&L is desirable
- Experience with general insurance Analytical or Pricing related field of work is desirable
