The Opportunity
As a Senior Process Analyst at Bupa, you will be at the forefront of driving excellence and innovation. You’ll be a maestro of business process through documenting and managing the intricate tapestry of our Health Services Integration Management System (IMS) program.
With your attention to detail, curiosity and excellent communication skills, you’ll be a storyteller of our business operations, through documenting end-to-end processes, ensuring they're always current via regular reviews. Process mapping designs will also support our risk and controls in each process life cycle stage.
You'll be a champion of our customers, promoting our Business Process Excellence Standards and Governance model across the five pillars of Bupa’s Health Services division. With your passion for improving the customer’s experience and team spirit, you’ll help us thrive, grow and continuously improve.
This permanent full-time position based at our Melbourne offices. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)
How will I help?
You will add value by:
- Craft end-to-end process maps, including identifying process owners, and facilitating workshops to document processes in line with process excellence governance framework.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through being a 1st responder to process failures in response to our peoples and customers insights.
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify customer, system and people impacts due to process changes and mitigating those impacts to improve the customer’s experience and reduce Bupa’s risk.
- Provide guidance to customers to promote our quest to mature process optimisation by demonstrating what ‘best in breed’ would look like.

What will you bring?
- Advanced experience in processing mapping in Mega (desirable) or a somewhat similar system e.g., Visio, including taking the lead in workshop facilitation and designing roadmaps
- Experience in risk management, quality management within a large complex organisation would be highly regarded
- Proven stakeholder influencing skills through excellence in verbal and written communication.
- Strong analytical skills, with an eye for efficiency and detail
- Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
