Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Participating in the delivery of a TMR Procurement Governance Framework, including the integration of governance and controls to support accountability, probity, consistency and transparency.
* Representing the Chief Procurement Office and contribute to the development and delivery of positive strategies to continue integrating TMR's cloud-based source-to-pay procurement solution (Ariba) into TMR's procurement function.
* Assist with the design, development and implementation of procurement capability initiatives that enhance capability across the procurement function within TMR.
* Identify and actively lead the development of procurement policies, procedures and strategies that deliver social, environment and economic outcomes through procurement by leveraging the Queensland Procurement Policy and Queensland Indigenous Procurement Policy.
* Develop and influence stakeholder relationships including internal clients, suppliers, industry, and public-sector bodies.
* Work across team and organisational boundaries to continuously inform and improve a customer centric, centre-led, locally delivered procurement framework for TMR.
* Lead and actively participate in the ongoing review and improvement of the TMR procurement function, policies, processes, templates and tools, based on procurement-hub, customer and TMR stakeholder feedback.
* Actively participate in the development and delivery of business planning and best practice scanning for the Chief Procurement Office.
