The role
In this newly created role, as Senior Procurement Systems Advisor you will report to the Procurement Governance and Performance Manager. Working closely with the Procurement team as the subject matter expert to drive the implementation, maintenance and optimisation of Sunwater’s maturity journey for Sourcing and Contract Management processes and systems.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the ongoing maintenance and development of the Sunwater Enterprise Procurement and Contracts System (EPACS)
- Parter with stakeholders across the business to provide technical support and analysis related to EPACS and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with business to lead the EPACS process change lifecycle, system on-boarding and reporting.
- Lead the continuous improvement and maintenance of existing Procurement systems to meet changing business needs and external requirements, such as legal compliance.
- Lead, develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track metrics and provide insights for business leaders.
- Work with the Enterprise Change team to manage change related to Procurement technology initiatives, including assisting in developing communication plans and providing training to end-users.
About you
We are looking for someone with over 5 years demonstrated experience in sourcing and contract management processes and/or systems. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Technology, or business discipline
- Extensive subject matter knowledge and understanding of the functionality of Procurement systems.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across teams to support delivery of complex systems initiatives.
- Ability to maintain and move rapidly and seamlessly between strategic vision and tactical level work plans.
- Demonstrated understanding of systems administration, process improvement and change management.
- SAP Systems and Power BI reporting.
