We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join our diverse and talented team of Production specialists to drive creation of all forms of content - from brand and broadcast through to agile content delivery. Working closely with our Executive Producer, you'll have a direct influence on the team's growth and ambition and have plenty of autonomy. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for approaching all projects with a creative mindset with a focus on adding value to the work. In addition to incredible Producer skills, you will have solid critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as a passion for guiding creative ideas from brief through project launch.

You will show excellence in all day-to-day aspects of production including scoping and ballparking creative concepts, building detailed project schedules, managing project scope, researching and securing production resources, quality controlling all deliverables, maintaining project documentation and communication with holistic project teams.

You will be resilient and have ambitions of work that push Creative and Technological limits and have experience in delivering a variety of integrated projects - completed on time, within budget and to Prodigious' 'best-in-class' production standards.

You will have leadership skills that will help build and manage our team and be business minded in your approach when representing and promoting our team's production capabilities. You enjoy the energy that an ambitious and growing agency provides and are excited to help influence and drive effective processes and promote our team's production capabilities to provide the best services for our agency partners as well as the broader Prodigious team.

Core experience and skills

• 7yrs+ Producer experience, with proven success of producing high quality Campaigns/TVC's/Social content whilst keeping projects on budget through all stages from estimating, pre, shoot, through to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands on Production Company experience (with excellent filming knowledge and on set production experience) with an impressive portfolio across broadcast and content production teams, ranging from TVC's through to social assets for agencies (across a broad range of budgets). We are also very open to experienced Producers coming from a Post Production background who are passionate about film production and are hungry for new growth and challenges.
• Ability to recommend efficient strategies for delivering content and how we can push into the digital ecosystem, with extensive experience in directing crafters and makers to create smarter content
• Experience producing & managing the postproduction process, including up to online phase.
• Excellent supplier knowledge & contract negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of the industry, particularly in Melbourne, with extensive relationships with Directors, production crews & third-party suppliers.
• Ability to establish production requirements and source third party suppliers for varying creatives and budgets.
• A proven track record of managing multiple productions at any given time.
• Sound knowledge of finance programs in raising estimates, PO's, and job cost analysis with ability to ensure timely payment to all suppliers.
• Some experience and/or knowledge of working within or directly for advertising agencies would be beneficial.
• The ability to identify new business opportunities with proven success on pitches and proposals.
• A keenness to keep up to date with industry technology.
• Good problem solver, with ability to find & offer solutions to both budget & time constraints.
• Able to work well under pressure, prioritise workflow efficiently and be resilient.
• Highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Personable, credible, & able to establish trust with team members, with strong client management skills.
• A willingness to travel and work in the office (flexible working approach)
