Our Producers manage projects from beginning to end. They're problem solvers that know every detail of any given project and serve as the 'go-to' for both clients and the R/GA team. They know what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be at all times.
Combining skills in project management, client management, and entrepreneurial leadership, the Senior Producer manages R/GA's more complex work from kick-off to delivery. As the central point of contact for project teams and clients, the Senior Producer establishes project plans, budgets, and contracts, tracks progress and removes obstacles for the team, and ensures that we deliver world-class work on strategy, on time and on budget.
Here's what you should know if you want to be a Senior Producer at R/GA:
On any given day you might
- Lead senior client meetings, ensuring they stay on task and meet stated objectives
- Ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality
- Identify how to deliver the best-in-class creative without jeopardizing schedule or budget
- Work with and mentor Producers and Associate Producers on R/GA methodology and PM skills
- Assist with developing new business opportunities and act as a program management leader during pitch development
- Work with clients to clarify strategic requirements and manage expectations
- Collaborate with Talent Management to cast/resource project teams with skill sets that align with the brief needs
- Collaborate with R/GA Studios and R/GA Media throughout the production process to ensure assets meet QA standards and delivery specs
- Tracks and reports the financial health of a project against developed estimates, highlighting potential over-runs before they occur, and escalating and resolving financial issues as they arise.
The ideal person
- Has excellent negotiations skills and experience developing Statements of Work
- Knows how to scope large engagements and develop project plans
- Has experience managing multiple producers and interdisciplinary project teams as large as 15 people
- Has a successful track record of managing million-dollar project budgets
- Is an expert presenter and comfortable interacting with senior-level clients
- Isn't daunted by the task of leading large projects and taking responsibility for their success
- Possesses excellent organizational skills
- Experience in end-to-end development of 360 campaigns (which may include digital, content, experiential and print) from strategy through execution
You bring
- 6+ years related work experience (Agency preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Possesses advanced production understanding among one or more of R/GA's services
