About the role
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Manager at eGEN, you will play a key role in driving the success of our product portfolio. Your expertise in product strategy, development, and lifecycle management will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs and contribute to the company's growth. Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will:
- Translate the product vision and roadmap through to delivery, operation and continuous improvement.
- Engage with internal/external stakeholders to run cross functional ideation and workshop session.
- Build a deep understanding of client needs to advocate for them effectively.
- Lead the execution for products that you manage.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from client research to design, requirements gathering, build, launch & optimize.
- Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.
- Continually identify opportunities to enhance both eGen’s product opportunities and our client’s experience.
- Collaborate with key tech delivery partners to deliver high-quality, valuable products including attending stand ups, sprint planning support, reporting, user story creation etc.
- Work closely with the Head of Product to build out a Product Management team, of which you will nurture, coach and guide.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketer role.
- Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you have to balance velocity of decision making and quality.
- Passionate about building products that clients love.
- You are a proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution.
- Demonstrated success in defining, metrics to launch excellent products.
- Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams. This means you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- You love using data to help identify opportunities or inform decisions.
- You have a passion for sharing your knowledge, leading and coaching, taking joy from seeing your team flourish.
