The Opportunity:

As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a key part in moulding the Enterprise Customer Relationship Management program. Working closely with the Executive Sponsor and stakeholders, you’ll refine the ECRM roadmap and lead the cross-functional teams in delivering outcomes and determining business benefits.

Your expertise will be instrumental in creating, adjusting, and championing the ECRM strategy, backlog management, and ensuring the ongoing sustainability of the platform.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity working in a flexible working environment (3 days on site in Newcastle per week). Skills and Experience:

You’re a strategic, collaborative, and commercially astute technology leader who has incredible attention to detail and your inspired to be the face of digital transformation in an iconic Aussie organisation.

You have a strong background in Product Management, Business Analyst or Product Owner roles and demonstrated digital planning capabilities including translating executive visions into an actionable program of work. You’re background includes providing strategic advise and support to schools/units regarding program delivery and change management and you have clear demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Bonus points for experience with CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics at Enterprise level, exposure to the Higher Education Sector and possessing a Product Owner certification.
