Situated in Melbourne (either Preston or Dandenong) and reporting directly to the General Manager, you will spearhead collaborative efforts with stakeholders across various divisions and product channels to bolster sales volume, revenue, and profitability.
In this dynamic, newly established position, your core responsibilities include:
- Engaging, influencing, and optimising performance through collaboration with key internal stakeholders spanning sales, customer service, and marketing, with oversight of one direct report.
- Ensuring consistent service levels across operations.
- Implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with central teams to develop localised offerings, as necessary.
- Partnering with central teams to devise digital sales tools aimed at enhancing territory performance.
- Analysing intricate financial and sales data to identify and drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Owning the monthly reporting across all product channels.

- Robust background in product/channel management, sales operations, or related fields.
