Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will own and drive product development, lifecycles and product marketing across all channels and touchpoints within the Photographic Imaging division. This role will be pivotal in our Photographic Imaging team, leading product management for our INSTAX range.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will jump in and work with us to take our product offering and marketing to the next level.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Develop and execute product and marketing strategies to achieve the sales, profit and inventory objectives of products in all stages of the product life cycle,
- Manage product portfolio and inventory,
- Create and implement business and sales plans,
- Manage new and existing product development recommendations, efficiency measures and business opportunities,
- Develop and implement public relations programs in conjunction with the Brand & Digital Marketing Manager. Maintain relationships with relevant media contacts & professional institutes, where required,
- New products launch leadership and execution working across all stakeholders and partners as the subject matter expert,
- Manage advertising spend within budget.
What about you?
- You have a proven track record of delivering successful product strategies in a fast-paced environment with at least 6 years of demonstrated experience in FMCG or the consumer goods industry, backed with a strong business, commercial and financial acumen – making you a standout for this role,
- You will be able to demonstrate initiative, be highly organised and be able to prioritise, usually with demanding deadlines,
- A passion for product management and a consumer centric mindset,
- Strong communication, listening and presentation skills with exceptional stakeholder management,
- Project management experience with a high level of accuracy,
- You will be self-motivated and keen to develop your career within a strategic product category,
- Attention to detail with exceptional analytical skills and strong computer skills are essential for success in this position,
- A passion and curiosity for photography would be advantageous,
- Marketing Degree Qualification would be seen as desirable.
