Responsibilities include:
- To influence productive teams working to achieve the agreed results, within the company and with customers, and such that agreed documentation standards and timelines are achieved.
- To ensure technical documentation (such as product formulations and specifications, QBI justifications, change controls) are completed to standard and on time.
- To prepare and review Product Specifications suitable for the intended markets using the company’s consultation process.
- To prepare and review QBI justifications, ensure all regulatory and markets’ requirements are satisfied.
- To initiate Change Impact Consultations for NPD/EPD and lifecycle change controls. Manage all feedback from the consultation and ensure prepared/updated product formulation and specification are aligned with the agreement from Change Impact Consultations.
- To perform reviews on specifications, testing and results on raw materials, Product Specifications and product formulation when required.
Who you are?
- Education requirement: Degree in Chemistry or related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a relevant scientific field with previous experience in Quality control is preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of raw material specifications, finished Product Specifications, compendia and TGA requirements are highly preferred.
- Good data analysis, attention to details, interpretative, problem-solving, technical writing and reporting skills.
