As the Senior Program Facilitator, you will collaborate in the development and implementation of the CFC Hume Community Strategic Plan, community engagement strategy and monitoring and evaluation framework.
In this role, you will support the Senior Manager to promote the best practice and continuous quality improvement of the Community Partners’ funded projects, and positive outcomes for families and children in Hume. You will ensure that the voices of children, parents and the community are captured and represented in project designing and provide technical assistance to meet the community partner’s client recruitment and project implementation requirements, capacity-building and service referral information.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- An appropriate tertiary and/or post graduate qualification in community, research, social work, human services, or local government sector.
- A Master’s degree in community/international development, social work or equivalent (desirable)
- At least 5 years of experience in the provision of community services, preferably including working with parents, families and communities and volunteers.
- Demonstrated experience working with multicultural communities and The Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander Community.
- An applied understanding of Community Development principles.
