ABOUT THE POSITION.

Progress your career as an Architect with an opportunity to join an established studio who continue their impressive growth within the industry. Take on this Senior Project Architect position and be directly involved in all stages of project delivery, from inception through to completion. Head your own team on a range of medium to large scale multi-residential and commercial projects.
DUTIES.

• Oversee documentation and lead various tender packages.
• Liaise with clients, attend site meetings, coordinate consultants and stakeholders
• Manage fee proposals, deliverables, and the profitability of the project.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, registration preferred.
• Extensive experience managing Class 2 projects across all stages.
• Strong competency in ArchiCAD.
