Responsibilities:
- Lead a substantial hotel project in Sydney CBD including the design and development from concept through construction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of architectural elements with engineering, interior design, and other disciplines.
- Be the main point of contact for the client and the builder.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and contribute to the professional development of the team.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Master's degree in Architecture from an Australian Institution.
- NSW Registered Architect or Professional Architectural License.
- 10+ years experience as an Architect in Australia.
- Proven experience as a Project Architect on hotel or multi-residential projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software Revit and BIM.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects.
