Senior Project Coordinator | Northern Suburbs | >$50M Sports Facility

3D Commercial are seeking a Senior Production Coordinator with experience within the commercial sector to work on a large scale Sports Facility in the Northern suburbs.

With a diverse portfolio covering Accommodation, Defence, Health & Aged Care, Infrastructure & Industrial, Retail & Transport, and Education Sectors, they boast a team of over 200 specialists. The role involves overseeing coordination for a $50m Sports Centre project in the Northern Suburbs.

THE ROLE
As a Senior PC you will be responsible for running projects with your Project Manager from start through to completion & your key duties are as follows; 

• Document control
• Assisting the Estimators preparing pre-qualifications and tenders.
• Assisting the Project Manager and Site Manager during all phases of the construction process.
• Conformity of all construction activities with Company procedures / policies and with WHS Act, WHS Regulations, EPA Act and all Codes of Practice.
• Conformance to time schedules, budgets and performance criteria.
• The MMS is understood and followed to a level where the Project Coordinator can educate others.
• Collating deliverables required for practical completion.
• Managing project close out and archiving

YOU 

• A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering commercial projects
• Local experience in Australia/VIC is preferred
• Preferably experience working on Government, Healthcare, Schools or institutional projects.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Civil Engineering or Construction Management & Building
  Economics).
• Member of Australian Institute of Building (AIB).
• Self-sufficient, requiring limited supervision with focus on results.
• Competent in use of MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of Cheops, Primavera.
• Strong team orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
