Your new role

• Responsible for managing and designing electrical installations and solutions on Australia's largest residential developments
• Mentor junior team members in Victoria's leading engineering team, working extensively with electrical distributors and local municipalities
• Working with Australia's most prominent land developers
• Project and stakeholder management for projects with a 10-year+ life cycle and worth over $100.000.000
• Gain insights from highly regarded industry professionals known with proven records and exceptional problem-solving abilities

What you'll need to succeed

• Hold a relevant Electrical Engineering qualification.
• Minimum five years of Design & Engineering experience in electrical distribution, preferably in land development
• Registered as professional engineer in Victoria (REV)
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Capable of managing a project portfolio and understanding client requirements effectively
• Exceptional communication skills, self-driven, and a strong team player
• Valued experience or knowledge in:
  • Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks
  • New Residential Communities and Land Development
  • AS3000 Private Wiring and SIRs
