Duties- Provide high level and specialised expertise in contemporary project management principles and practices to coordinate funding to implement projects, programs and initiatives within the National Agreement on Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence and state Survivors at the Centre Family and Sexual Violence Action Plan.
- Develop and participate in communication strategies to ensure effective partnership and working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse data and reporting on agreed targets, milestones and standards of allocated projects and strategic initiatives to ensure they are effectively and efficiently met.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate quality assurance activities, including the review of project outputs and outcomes.
- Lead change management tasks and business process change tasks across Tasmanian Government agencies in relation to funding arrangements to address family, domestic and sexual violence.
- Develop and produce a range of high-level project documentation and project status reports as required.
- Review and monitor policies, programs and practices relating to current and emerging issues associated with national and state-based funding arrangements.
- The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying positions at this classification level.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are desirable.
