Position
Role: Project Mananger (Contractor position, 1 year)
Location: Hybrid (ideally Sydney based, with occassional travel to customer site across Australia)
What you will do
- Manage project deliverables to time, cost and quality SLA's
- Be responsible for expectation and satisfaction of the projet's sponsors and stakeholders
- Specify, select, engage, lead, direct and motivate the project team
- Create and maintain detailed integrated plans for the project
- Manage the level of risk in the project and implement effective change control
- Deliver the management of the project within the organization's policies, processes and best practice
- Implement control measures and regular reporting and take or recommend corrective actions as necessary
What makes you an ideal candidate
- Multiple years experience running several concurrent billable projects of up at least $1m value, ideally in a similar Software/Hardware organisation
- Confident communicator, experience in managing multiple remote resources, external suppliers and outside vendors
- Excellent risk manaagement, change control and management planning skills
- A project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APMP, PMP
