Now, they are focused on creating a new mixed-use suburb for Western Sydney that will include industrial, retail, commercial, and community facilities in a 20 + year development program.
The role
A position has been created for a Senior Project Manager to work in-house for a developer. This is an integral role within the business where you will be responsible for the maximisation of value and effective delivery of multiple projects on the site. Key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare & Maintain Project Programme to Meet Business Plan
- Prepare Multiple Project Briefs
- Contract the Contractor to Meet Project Budgets
- Manage the Preparation of Design to Meet the Project Brief
- Analyse Project Against Budget Monthly & Provide Budget Forecasts
To be considered for this unique opportunity, you must have civil and new build construction project management experience, 20 years +. Other key requirements include:
- Broad Commercial & Practical Understanding Property Development
- Rationalise, Prepare & Act in a Time Frame Based on Circumstances.
- Focused on Commercial Outcome, Determined, Tenacious, Opportunistic
- Strong Internal & External Stakeholder Management Skills
- Knowledge of Construction, Project Management, Design/Planning, Costing & Valuation
