As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our customer’s strategic initiatives ensuring seamless execution. You will oversee and execute a wide range of complex projects. Drawing on your extensive experience and expertise, you will apply agile and hybrid project management methodologies to plan effectively, monitor, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.
About the role
- Develop detailed project plans to resource, track, document and mitigate risks and issues
- Ascertain internal and external stakeholder matrices, and coordinate with internal resources and external vendors
- Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication of scope, schedule, risks and issues
- Measure and manage project performance, escalate issues where appropriate and ensure adequate resources are allocated
- Deliver projects end to end within scope, schedule and budget while ensuring quality outcomes
- Detailed sprint planning and all ceremonies associated with Agile delivery
- Adhere to and champion the FAIR project delivery methodology to ensure project success
About you:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience with a focus on S/4HANA projects gained in consulting environments
- Solid understanding and experience of multiple project delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and end-to-end project delivery life cycles
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage strict deadlines
- Experience in different functions of the project team will be highly regarded (Scrum Master/BA), and flexibility to perform a range of functions essential
- Proficient in working with Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with B2B and B2C in Manufacturing, FMCG and/or Retail is an advantage
- Project implementation experience of SAP S4HANA, SAP CX and BTP is highly regarded
