Senior Project Manager

Digital Metro North is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in service design and transition of core ICT capabilities.

The successful applicant will work within existing project management frameworks and methodologies to support the implementation and operationalisation of a Print and Imaging as a Service solution across a number of facilities.

Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health. It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North.  In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver.

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Relevant experience in the delivery of complex business led transformation digital or ICT projects and delivering services to large, complex organisations preferably in the health care sector.
• Experience in the use of appropriate project management methodologies, techniques and tools (preferably PRINCE2).
• Experience in aspects of project delivery including effective project budget management, governance, assurance, benefits management, lessons learned, change management and performance management that contributes to the overall achievement of the digital projects.
