About the role
Our Asia Pacific Business Unit is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive expertise in overseeing large-scale industrial construction projects.
You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of specific projects and alignment with standards, budgets, and program schedules. This role is integral to the delivery of this project, ensuring that objectives are clearly defined, well understood, and executed to a high standard within specified timeframes and budgets. Additionally, you will champion the health, safety, and well-being of all stakeholders and provide mentorship to the project delivery team.
This role will ideally suit an experienced Senior Project Manager with solid on-ground experience who can effectively manage, report back, and deliver a project remotely. This role will be primarily based in the Loganholme office, with travel deemed by you as per the project demands.
About you
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be required to demonstrate the below experience and skills necessary to be successful in the role:
- Demonstrated experience in Senior Management of large-scale construction / industrial projects
- Leading supplier contractual negotiations and assisting with client contract discussions
- Coordinate with various design disciplines and project stakeholders to integrate the design suite for successful project delivery
- Provide clear and frequent project updates to leaders and internal stakeholders that define project status, schedule, and risks.
- Manage project budgets and provide accurate and timely forecasting, that aligns with overall project/business unit objectives
- Sound understanding of budgets, forecasting, and schedules.
- Ensuring compliance in commercial and financial management including meeting budgets and identifying cost-saving measures
- Reviewing progress against plans, contractual arrangements, and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates
- A current and valid driver's license
- A valid passport with no travel restrictions
- An acceptable pre-employment medical, and visa entry medical for the applicable country
- Clear police check
