As a Senior Project Manager you are responsible for managing and reporting on the assigned projects for Brennan IT, to control outcome, Customer Satisfaction, schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Maintaining high attention to detail throughout a project and ensure any aspects within a project not meeting expectations is managed appropriately.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud and Data Engineering/AI
- Minimum 8 years Project Management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to delegate effectively, direct and lead technical consultants
- Ability to work in a billable hour target environment
- Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously across many teams, including Sales, and Support
- Experience in a consultancy or service delivery environment
