About the team Coles Liquor is a trusted retailer with three iconic trading banners, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. About the role Coles Liquor is currently undergoing a business transformation underpinned by a raft of projects of varying scale. These projects typically involve a combination of system and process changes. Program Apollo is a multi-year undertaking that will require strong management and governance to achieve success. The Senior Project Manager will support the successful implementation of these projects within the liquor transformation team from inception to completion. Please note this is a 12 month fixed-term opportunity. You'll also: Lead a team of Business Analysts and SME's to deliver project outcomes in line with the agreed business case Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned Project Managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives Direct the IT PM, to ensure the technical delivery streams support the desired business outcomes Create a strong working relationship with the engineering team Deliver strong project governance and disciplines within the team Build relationships with key stakeholders to advocate and negotiate acceptable outcomes About you and your skills We are looking for a highly skilled professional who has demonstrated experience in leadership and project management, ideally within a Retail or FMCG business. You'll also have: Demonstrated experience in project managing significant projects within a Program and mid-scale business initiatives including financial and people management. History of involvement in major system change projects. Demonstrated experience working successfully with management to deploy initiatives aligned to business objectives.
