We are on the hunt for a talented and seasoned Senior Project Manager to become a key member of our esteemed client’s team. If you have a strong background in electrical and Water infrastructure and at least six years of relevant experience, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Drive and manage electrical and Water infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Comprehensive Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to fulfill project requirements.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, address issues promptly, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and clients.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring project satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and financial reporting.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: At least 6 years of project management experience in electrical and Water infrastructure projects.
- Local Expertise: Experience in Australia and Sydney is highly desirable.
- Project Management: Strong knowledge of methodologies and tools.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technical tools.
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
