As a SeniorProject Managerin the Energy Solution team, you'll be at the forefront of this renewable energy revolution, ensuring that commercial solar projects are systematically delivered safely to budget, schedule and quality specifications and in keeping with customer expectations. You will manage the customer interface throughout the project delivery phase and ensure that AGL’s Customers received the highest level of professionalism, innovation and continual improvement, and delivering projects that reduce carbon footprints and create a more sustainable world.

What you’ll be doing:
Managing the complete delivery of commercial solar and energy storage projects from sale to handover in line with budget, schedule, and quality specifications.
Communicating and negotiating with customers and subcontractors to agree contract terms, variations and developing professional partnerships to minimize delays and inefficiencies at their work sites.
Engaging and rigorously managing the performance of installation contractors to drive delivery of the highest quality work and achieving value for money on projects.
Conducting onsite visits to maintain good visibility and relationships for projects and ensuring appropriate safety, professionalism and installation quality is being delivered.
Managing all aspects of project close-out, including preparation of O&M manuals, completion of STC/LGC documentation, customer invoicing, documentation of lessons learned and system handover and training to the customer.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in either Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related discipline coupled with experience in a project management or engineering role with a major industrial and commercial rooftop solar installation provider is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management capability, including demonstrated customer focus and the ability to manage third party consultants and sub-contractors.
Demonstrated commitment to a culture of health and safety including attention to detail and the ability to present information clearly and accurately is essential.
Knowledge of national and state regulation and guidelines in Electrical and PV industry as well as Construction Induction Training.
Experience showing leadership to build a culture of teamwork and behaviours across all teams that align to AGL values.
