The Role:
As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our large-scale multi-residential construction projects from inception to completion. This role demands a leader who can balance technical proficiency with exceptional team and stakeholder management skills. Your main goal will be to deliver projects on time, within budget, and above expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring successful delivery.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Drive team performance, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field / equivalent experience
- Over 3 years of experience managing large-scale multi-residential construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
