More information is available at .THE ROLEStryker is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our strategic projects in ANZ, East Asia, China, and potentially Japan. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating our program portfolio, aligning it with organizational strategy, and ensuring seamless execution. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations - Medical Division, you'll be responsible for managing a collection of related projects, driving stakeholder engagement, and implementing best practice project management methodologies.The successful Project Manager will be someone who has played a pivotal role in Change Management and Business Transformation. We are not looking for an IT Project Manager who has managed software or cloudbased development and implementation.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Engage proactively with stakeholders across local, global, and regional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of program outcomes.
- Implement effective program and project management practices, leveraging common methodologies and tools consistently across the business.
- Facilitate project planning, prioritization, and governance, ensuring key interdependencies are identified and addressed.
- Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and costs, while managing risks and suggesting alternate approaches as needed.
- Drive program execution excellence, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Lead project closure activities, including stakeholder approvals, handovers, and performance evaluations.
- Proven Track Record: 8+ years of successful project management experience.
- Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Project Management concepts.
- Engagement Mastery: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across regional/global environments.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and/or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PPM, PMI-ACP, CSM).
- Agile methodologies: Lean Six Sigma, global system rollouts, or Change Management experience.
