Senior Project Manager - Plumbing

CrewSELECT are supporting their client who is a leading commercial plumbing business dedicated to delivering high-quality plumbing solutions within the tier one space. As they continue to grow and expand their operations, we are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team.Position Overview:As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing commercial plumbing projects from inception to completion.You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and closeout.Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivery of projects to satisfy the requirements of quality assurance guidelines, budget, and project brief.
• Responsible for the quality and delivery of technical elements of projects.
• Conduct technical reviews of completed design work to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Responsible for the completion of required activities to deliver projects including investigation, analysis, and design in accordance with accepted practice and principles.
• Keeping the General Manager informed of all relevant matters in relation to projects.
• Completion of projects according to budget and program guidelines ensuring that the requirements of the Project Quality Plan are satisfied.

Key notes:

• Salary is negotiable around $150k + Super + Vehicle + Fuel.
• Permanent full-time position.
• Project values average around $25-$35 million - Tier one construction projects.
• Key clients include Multiplex, Lendlease, Built, and Laing O'Rouke.
• Jobs can be anywhere from Mandurah to Yanchep.
• Office is based in Jandakot.

About you:

• You have come from an on the tools plumbing trades background, before moving off the tools.
• Proven estimating experience – crucial to understanding costings / budgets / procurement.
• Strong Project Management experience - minimum of 5 years.
• Strong understanding of the plumbing industry.
• Good tenure at previous businesses.
• Great attitude and able to fit into the casual but hard-working culture.
• Mature and lead a stable life (No cowboys!).
• Process Driven.
• Well presented as they will be client facing.
