What role will you play?

Based in Sydney, you will be working as part of a global team as a Project Manager and deliver a Target Operating Model for Product Control (PC) and Independent Valuation Testing (IVT) functions, driving significant process change to improve efficiency, automate processes and enhance the effectiveness of the control environment. Collaborating with technology, finance, business, and downstream reporting teams, you will manage timelines and deliverables for parallel tasks including delivery forums and status reporting, whilst informing stakeholders of key project risks and resolutions for identified issues such as timeline variances

What you offer

• Demonstrated end-to-end Project Management expertise using agile/waterfall methodology within Banking and Financial Services, and a proven track record of high-quality and timely delivery following a clear delivery framework
• Strong understanding of profit and Loss and have worked across product control or valuations spectrum
• Excellent communication skill and ability to influence stakeholder groups at all levels
• Experienced in finance product control target operating model, including process and control design, improvement and operationalisation
• Motivated under outcome-based environment and flexible to adapt within an evolving, complex operating structure.
