Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality project management services
- Contract administration, superintendent & principal representative services
- Co-ordinating and communicating with consultant teams and project stakeholders
- Maintaining project records, minute taking & other project management support services
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a consultant in Project Management,
- Demonstrated experience working on building projects (commercial, healthcare, retail, education etc),
- Relevant tertiary education (Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar),
- Sound knowledge of construction industry legislation
- A confident and proactive communicator capable of working as part of a high performing team
- Polished and professional report writing skills
- Solid IT Proficiency
