The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, procurement and delivery of high value, high risk complex project outcomes in the Department’s Major Projects and Buildings and Contracts Directorates.
The role within the Major Projects Directorate will play an integral part in the delivery of one specific major project which will be delivered as a team.
The role within the Buildings and Contracts Directorate will be responsible for delivering several projects in the Education and Training Workforce portfolio.
About You:
We are seeking suitably experienced and enthusiastic individuals with the ability to work collaboratively with our client agencies and internal teams to achieve outcomes.
You will have demonstrated project management experience in building, construction, maintenance or modular buildings, including experience with project management systems, procurement and contract management.
You will be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to influence and assist with decision making.
