About the role:
The project looks to deliver a design and construct, high profile, housing project in one of WA's major ports. Pace of delivery will be a key focus, with experience in both projects and execution essential.Responsibilities include:
- Review and advise on commercial, contracts and scope departures.
- Maintain, track and report on project progress and performance.
- Project scheduling, weekly reports and working to tight deadlines and budgets.
- Ensure adherence to QA/QC requirements, as well as policies and procedures.
- Oversee project execution, QA/QC and close out.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Control and coordination of execution of the project as required.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum 10+ years' experience leading delivery of projects within the resources, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
- Proven experience working in a multi-disciplinary scope.
- Extensive experience with project execution.
- Mechanical trade or Engineering background preferred, but not essential.
- Demonstrated success in planning, executing and tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, third party organisations and internal stakeholders.
- Valid Australian C Class driver's license.
- A current National Police Clearance.
- Ability to pass a drug/alcohol screening;
- Full Australian working rights, residing in Perth.
