About the role
Join our team as an experienced Senior Project Officer and be part of an exciting once-in-a-generation project opportunity! We are seeking a highly skilled individual with outstanding organisational, interpersonal, and communications abilities to contribute to the successful delivery of this ambitious program alongside our talented and diverse team.
As the Senior Project Officer, your main responsibility will be to assist with editing and publishing information on the HCD internal staff SharePoint site, in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed processes and guidelines and assist in the coordination of various administration activities across HCD.
The successful person
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- High level organisational skills and attention to detail, including an ability to effectively manage tasks (including ad hoc) with conflicting work priorities.
- Highly developed written communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Well-developed skills and experience in identifying and analysing problems, researching, developing, and implementing remedial strategies and exercising initiative and responsibility.
- The ability to work in a networked team and develop and maintain positive and effective relationships.
- Time management skills and the ability to work autonomously and as a team member to prioritise work, achieve required outcomes and meet deadlines.
- Advanced skills utilising Microsoft Office programs including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
There are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, however, previous experience in SharePoint development is highly regarded.
