AddressWe require an experienced Property Analyst responsible for overseeing the consolidated financial position for the business including working with the project team to ensure robust project feasibility, new business analysis, optimising capital stacks, scenario testing, financial reporting and governance.
Experience
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Property Analyst role
• Experience with oversight business consolidated cashflow
• Advanced capability with Excel and Estate Master: DM & DF (must have)
• Well versed with layered property debt and equity capital stacks
• Lead in relationship with financiers & proven stakeholder management.
• Property accountant background highly regarded.

Project Control
• Set up each project’s feasibility model consistent with the Resi Ventures financial templates and maintaining functionality ongoing
• Oversee the 5-year business Consolidated model, ensuring accuracy of calcs and modifying the model as required for the addition of new inputs, wind up of projects etc.
• Providing the Directors with financial reporting and analysis
• Support development team with trouble shooting in EM on DM & DF modules
• Responsible for ensuring project capital stacks and project equity draw forecast are accurate on a monthly basis and in scenario analysis
• Monthly – supporting the team to ensure budgets are on time and accurate
• Quarterly - oversee financial reporting into the PCG process
• Annually - support the development team on the development of Business Plans and setting of Annual Budgets
• Benchmarking projects to ensure that outliers are justified
• Audit and cross checking of feasibilities to ensure accuracy
• Identifying and implementing initiatives to improve reporting
• Understanding and implementation of the financial reporting requirements for the various project JV & partnerships
• Variance reporting and ability to interrogate and articulate variances
• Assisting new business analysis as required
• Ad hoc financial analysis as required
Project Funding
• Develop and review of various funding structures
• Determining the ideal funding structure for projects
• Oversee the preparation of funding applications
• Liaison with financiers to ensure they have the project and financial information required
• Ongoing reporting to financiers
• Monitoring of projects to ensure they are being managed within funding covenants
• Liaising with the QS to ensure information is provided on a timely basis
General
• Identify, manage, and minimise project risks
• Ensure diligent filing at all times adhering to document version control
• Ensure corporate objectives are met including high ethical standards at all times
• Management of time in prioritizing key opportunities and meet deadlines
• Mentor development staff with financial understanding
