The role
You will be part of a small team of high-performing professionals. You will have direct exposure to the senior management of the business including various GMs & Directors. A highly commercial role with an emphasis on analysis and business partnering, you will be a vital part of the organisation. There is significant scope for personal and professional development for the right candidate. Diverse in nature, the role will cover a range of duties. The position is available on a permanent full-time basis with flexibility to work from home 2/3 days per week.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Modelling and feasibility analysis - ownership of portfolio feasibility / cashflow model - set up each project's feasibility model
- Strategic analysis and commercial input with regards to operations, development, new deal feasibilities, contractual arrangements, business cases and value-add opportunities.
- Efficient and effective management of critical business data, including internal and external benchmarking
- Oversee the 3-year business consolidated model, ensuring its accuracy
- Providing financial reporting and analysis to the Directors
- Supporting the development team
- Ensuring project capital stacks and project equity draw forecast are accurate on a monthly basis and in scenario analysis
- Develop and review of various funding structures and determining the ideal funding structure for projects
- Oversee the preparation of funding applications
- Ongoing reporting to financiers
- Identify, manage and minimise project risks
- Ad-hoc project work as and when required
- Strong complex analytical experience in a property environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, financial modelling and Estate Master skills
- Strong experience with layered property debt and equity capital stacks
- CA or CPA qualifications, or experience as a Property Accountant, desirable
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- A terrific attitude and work ethic
