- Work alongside a collaborative team of PMS
- Outsourced circa 70% of inspections and all PCRS
- Shared assistant for general and adhoc administration work and overflow
- As the portfolio grows you will be entitled to earn extra bonuses if on a bonus structure
- Full portfolio management experience - ideally 2 x years
- Outgoing, mature and personable nature
- A team player attitude & accountability
- Valid Real estate registration and driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication
