Job Description:

As a Senior Property Manager at S A Thomson, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Managing tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
• Conducting property inspections and coordinating maintenance and repairs as necessary
• Implementing and enforcing lease agreements and property rules
• Collecting rent payments and maintaining accurate financial records
• Marketing available properties to attract and retain tenants
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and property owners
• Ensuring properties are compliant with local regulations and safety standards
• Handling of VCAT matters

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of Property Management experience is preferred
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419)
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Valid driver’s license
