Senior Property Manager - Coronis Inner South

THE ROLE 

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our established Property Management Team, you will be a part of a dynamic team and outstanding culture, working alongside a team of some of the best in the industry who have been with Coronis for over 10 years. 

As a Senior Property Manager, You will be responsible for end-to-end management of a portfolio of 155 well-maintained properties. to ensure all customers’ needs are met Your responsibilities will vary; however, your position will be predominately focused on our clients and with industry-leading tech and amazing support structures. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

•  All daily end-to-end portfolio management, including arrears.
•  Meeting clients, and building strong relationships.
•  Become the knowledge and expert in your field.
•  Entries and exits.
•  Liaising with owners, tenants, and tradesmen.
•  Maintenance / routine inspections.  

ABOUT YOU: 

• The successful candidate will have: 
• Successfully completed Queensland Real Estate Registration, 
• Several years in Property Management experience, 
• Own a reliable car and have current driver’s license. 
• A self-starting attitude and be an ambitious team player.
