Senior Property Manager - Up To $80K + Super

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage a clean portfolio of 160 properties with a plethora of support services and assistance available
• Mainly in-office duties
• Handling maintenance
• Owner / Tenant communication
• Using initiative to prevent potential problems

- NO ROUTINES
- NO LEASING
- NO BDM

Skills and experience required for the role:

• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration is essential
• A valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience using Ailo software advantageous
