The Role:
Your responsibility involves overseeing a portfolio of 150 residential apartments and houses located around the Wamebral, Terrigal and North Avoca area. With dedicated support with trust accounts, new business, administration, and leasing, the team handles these aspects, allowing you to concentrate on:
- Arrears management
- Coordinating and conducting routine inspections
- Manage in and outgoing inspections
- Oversight of repairs and maintenance
- Handling rent reviews and lease renewals
- Preparation for and attendance at NCAT
- Navigating bond and insurance claims
- Offering renovation suggestions and project-managing works
- Approval of applications in collaboration with landlords
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence and reliable car
- 3+ years experience managing a residential portfolio
- Highly customer service focused
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage conflicting priorities
- Knowledge of PropertyMe desirable
