The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties in the Williamstown area.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
Conducting property inspections
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Managing rental arrears and tenancy agreements
Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
Meeting KPIs and targets
Participating in regular team meetings and training
Working one Saturday in every three
Potentially having the option to work from home after an initial training period in the office.
Salary range for this position is up to $95K plus super + commissions.
