What’s on offer?
Our Northern Region Construction team is expanding, and as a result, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Quality Advisor/Contractors Quality representative to assist with quality management on our Merrimac Train Station Project. You will enable the business to deliver on quality objectives and help to implement new digital work delivery models, ensure projects are delivering on key quality commitments and help to foster a strong culture of quality on the Project. You will help us to support the establishment of lot management on the project and will enable the delivery of all QA/QC matters as the project's senior most quality staff member. Further to this, you will:

• Implement construction delivery systems to meet client requirements.
• Set the standard for the project’s engineers on the requirements for their lot management deliverables.
• Lead a quality culture in collaboration with the HSEQ staff and engineering project leads.
• Provide advice and support for all functions to ensure ISO 9001 and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and standards are met.
• Manage the conduct and reporting of internal and external audits.

You will need to demonstrate recent experience working in the infrastructure sector and have knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) as well as compliance obligations. A proven track record in the implementation of a QMS for a similar scale construction project will also be preferred.
