Responsibilities: Identify and develop recruitment opportunities with both new and existing tier 1 customers Identify and nurture relationships with dormant talent. Follow a modern recruitment approach to attracting both customers and candidates. Follow a modern recruitment methodology to develop your recruitment craft.
Skills & Experience: A proven and credible recruitment track record - 2+ years minimum. A strong personal brand within the technology recruitment sector. 2+ years minimum. A passion for the recruitment sector.
Salary: $80,000.00 to $110,000 plus super or higher, dependent on level of experience and expertise.
