Description
The role of Senior Recruitment Advisor will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and deliver quality hires to the business. Their recruitment process is focused on quality over quantity and focuses on end-to-end recruitment process with strong use of technology. This role will be responsible for white-collar roles (primarily manager or technical). My client aim to deliver a 'recruitment concierge' level of candidate experience and communicate what's special about being part of the team (the value proposition).
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruitment
- Candidate sourcing
- Candidate evaluation
- Influence and close candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers
- Coordinate onboarding
- Management of team members
My client run a structured recruitment process with strong use of technology, including Lever (recruitment software), LinkedIn Recruiter (talent search) and Predictive Index (behavioural & cognitive profiling). The company places great emphasis on putting the 'right people in the right seats' and is investing to build a 'best of breed' recruitment system. This role reports to the Head of People & Performance and is based at the Embleton headquarters.
