About the role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our growing team, based in West Perth.
Reporting to the HR Manager – APAC, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of a robust recruitment strategy to help support the business through our next phase of growth in 2024 and beyond.
Providing 360-recruitment support to Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines, your experience in working in an operational HR environment will set you up for success, along with exposure to market leading branding and attraction initiatives, developing strong commercial relationships with educational institutions to attract future talent, and working in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs, ensuring alignment with Company objectives.
- Undertake end to end recruitment activities including but not limited to:
- Sourcing;
- Interviewing;
- Compliance and pre-employment checks; and
- Driving onboarding and contract activities.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment, in both blue- and white-collar fields.
- Exposure to working with international recruitment including visas and relocation activities.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and contracts.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing robust recruitment strategies in line with business objectives.
- Significant experience in visas and relocation processes.
- Experience working with ERP Systems and MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
