As our business continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic 360 degree Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Working collaboratively in a supportive environment, you'll have the opportunity to build and manage your own client portfolio and candidate pool, whether leveraging relationships already established or developing opportunities through your trusted network.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture client relationships to secure new business opportunities.
- Utilise various channels to source and attract top-tier candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and negotiations.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in agency recruitment, hitting KPIs, and achieving bonus structures.
- Strong network of clients and candidates in white collar specialties – work within your preferred industry/discipline
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to think creatively and provide innovative client solutions.
- Resilient and proactive with a strong work ethic.
